Very nice lobby, shame room didn't match! Breakfast was very big, with lots of options. Near the train station, colosseum and easy to get around.

Ac did not work after 1 day. When we told hotel staff about this, we were told it did work and they would not come to room and help us turn it on/figure out the problem. Hotel staff was very dismissive and rude. Double bed was really 2 twins pushed close with 1 comforter, terribly hard and uncomfortable, pillows were folded sheets in pillowcase - very flat.

Breakfast was very good and location was quite. Fairly central to transport and major sights eg. Colosseum. Some good restaurants nearby.

The single room was quite small but clean and bathroom pleasant though small. (Wouldn,t want to be a large person trying to use the bathroom). Wifi not free.

The location was excellent, and the rate was extremely reasonable for Rome in July. The staff was efficient and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was more than adequate.

The carpeting was worn and stained, and the room needed some minor plaster repairs and painting.

Good bits: It had a lift

Breakfast arrangements were, I think, designed to make you want to go elsewhere. 18 seats for 45 rooms?! Some family members stoood and ate as there were no seats. Breakfast food was standard but if you wanted toast they had 1 two slice toaster (domestic type) for everyone there. Breakfast bar was also set up in a on a corner so if I one person was serving themselves no one else could get to the food. Nescafe machine = coffee & tea. Shower is tiny in a single room (don't drop your soap!) Shower head was broken and the towel rack came off in my hand. To their credit they did fix these when mentioned but I'm curious why this wasn't done already. Lift was erratic - would not stop at certain floors this time but would the next, frustrating if you have a train to catch and need to leave.

The hotel has an improper rule that is prohibited the access of a friend or a parent in the bedroom that you are installed. I haven't staying in a hotel with this rule in my hole life! My italian parent usually go to pick us up on luch time to walk around and he had to wait for us in the reception because he couldn't go to our bedroom. It is not a proper rule for a hotel, maybe for a albergue...

The toilet had a problem with not wanting to quit running. The beds were very hard.

The location is excellent and the Colloseum and Roman Forum are within easy walking distance. The Pantheon and Termini station are a short ride away by bus

The rooms and the attached bathroom are in a bit of a run down condition with wallpaper peeling off at places. A minor irritant, though.

The staff are kind and fluent in english and cooporative. They provide full information about the city and give you more informative map.The hotel location in via Palermo is the best point of the hotel .The hotel use Sky tv sattellite and it fullfill your need. The room is large enough and we have one extra bed in our room. The refrigarator have many kind of drink. The outdoor view from my room is very good. The room facillity are enough.

All part of the hotel are far from electric world. The room is open with key,the safe work with key ,the elevator is out of order and shake like earthquake befor stop and I prefer to use the stairs.Although the hotel charge me for the WiFi it do not work properly in my room and its speed is fair. The water pressure is poor and you must take shampoo ,paper and... With you.The breakfast hall is located in -1 floor and is too small although the breakfast is acceptable.

The staff was very helpful and they have realy put all the efforts to make our stay at the hotel very pleasant. Also the location is excellent for exploring the city, you can walk to the Borghese Gallery or to the Ancient city.

The beakfast was nice, but some omlets could have been a nice addition (there were only boiled eggs).

Hello, This hotel is really a good one when you visit the Central part of Rome, it's close to all the must see places.

Very well placed for a trip to Rome. Staff speak several languages and are welcoming and very helpful. Front desk is manned 24 hours and they will arrange for an airport pick up (we arrived in the middle of the night). They are able to arrange tickets for The Vatican and tour buses, and are very helpful when trying to plan your day. Our room was comfortable and quiet and the continental breakfast was good and plentiful. We will stay here again when we return to Rome.

My husband and I searched for days for the right hotel room that was affordable. This was perfect. It was more expensive than we would usually book, but we realized all hotels in the city of Rome were expensive! We were extremely happy with our stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean, esp the bathroom. The size surprsingly did not dissappoint us...(we've booked smaller rooms with tiny showers in Europe). It had Sky cable, mini bar, aircondition, safe, closet, everything you want to see in a room. Plus the location was great!!! I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

My husband is a picky eater. He didn't care much for the breakfast. But, it's actually the typical breakfast you get in Europe. That's it.

  • Group of friends

Small cramped room, lots of remodel going on

  • Couple
    5.4

Staff was friendly. Location of the hotel was great - 5 min walking to the colosseum, central station and center of the city. The room was ok.

The room was very small, and not very fresh. The bathroom had a bad smell and the shower was broken and almost useless! The breakfast was not very good - the bread was dried up and the coffee was bad.
